PAYMENT METHODS
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, and Discover credit cards. We also accept Paypal payments.
INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATES
All prices are listed in USD and currency conversion rates vary daily. Please check with your credit card issuer to determine the current exchange rate, as well as any additional fees you may incur for international orders.
IL SALES TAX
IL sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to Illinois.
CHECKOUT ERRORS
- Please make sure the billing address entered on our site matches exactly to the billing address on your credit card statement. If the address differs, your order may not be successfully processed. If your order still runs into an error during checkout, please consider using a PayPal account to complete your transaction.
- For each denied attempt to purchase on our site, you may see a corresponding pending transaction on your online bank statement. These pending transactions, however, do not affect your account balance and will be dropped within a few business days. If you are unsure your payment went through, please contact us for billing assistance.
- Promotional coupon codes cannot be combined; only one promotional code can be used per order.
- Promotional coupon codes cannot be applied to previous orders.
- Items that were bought at a discount can be returned for In-store credit only.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We love having sales and promotions for our customers! If an item goes on sale within 12 hours of your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly refund you the difference. We are unable to make price adjustments after the 12 hour period has passed. This excludes site-wide sales.
